Glenmoor Country Club Wedding
A year and a half ago, CJ and Taylor went on a vacation they’ll never forget! While on a four-day cruise, they went out on an adventure of snorkeling. It was during the boat ride that CJ pulled out a shiny engagement ring and asked Taylor to be his wife! Through tears, Taylor, of course, said YES!
Fast forward to the beginning of September. The Julian family farm was being sold, and this farm held such a special place in everyone’s heart. Many memories were made for CJ growing up, and when Taylor’s mom suggested having a wedding at the farm before it officially left the hands of the Julian’s, some might have thought it was a crazy long shot. But not Taylor and CJ. They sent out mass texts and made dozens and dozens of phone calls to the people they wanted to share in their joy!
Taylor and CJ said their vows at Glenmoor Country Club on the green. Even with sharing a first look earlier in the day, Taylor and CJ both had teary eyes while Taylor and her dad walked down the aisle! All throughout the day, you could see the love these two share for each other! The joy was very clearly seen on Saturday!
Aside from being able to photograph the beautiful emotion shared all day, one of my favorite parts of CJ and Taylor’s wedding day was the fireworks! CJ’s dad wanted the farm to go out with one last big bang, and wanted to celebrate the start of this marriage an extra special way! At 8 pm sharp, fireworks in the back pasture were lit off! At one point, Mr. Julian told the newlyweds the big box truck they noticed were surveyors for the property! Luckily enough for him, they believed the white lie and were 100% clueless to this special surprise until we took them out in the field to set up our shots!
CJ and Taylor – I hope you always remember the joy and love you felt on your wedding day on the hard days of marriage! Hold on to each other tightly, because I promise you, it will always be worth it!
