Coral and Peach Styled Shoot

It feels like an eternity since Mycha and I sat down to first talk about putting together a styled shoot. As a matter of fact, it’s been nine and a half months since that first conversation! When Pantone released the 2019 color of the year, I text Mycha, and then text Amy!

Now that this shoot has been published on Let’s Bee Together’s blog, we can finally show our people the beauty of this coral and peach styled shoot at Purcell Mansion from this past May!

This shoot was pulled off entirely by Amy and Mycha. My brain does not have the capacity to simply envision a dream and bring it to life. I need examples in front of me to “see” what someone says will be beautiful.

Accepting this about myself, I sat back and let Mycha and Amy figure out the nitty-gritty details of this coral and peach styled shoot. I kept telling them I just wanted to show and shoot pretty things.

Once the venue (Purcell Mansion in Alliance) was lined up, all the details quickly fell into place. We just needed the weather to hold off for us. Which nearly gave us all a heart attack. It was a game-time decision to stick with Purcell Mansion because Mother Nature had a difficult time deciding if she was going to give us sunshine or raindrops! Lucky for us, we had the most perfect overcast skies! A photographer’s DREAM when it comes to shooting before the golden hour.

This shoot wouldn’t have been nearly as beautiful without the incredible team of professionals that came together. Northeast Ohio is full of talented wedding vendors, and lucky for me, I know so many of them! I’m grateful for every single one of them that gave up precious time in their lives to contribute to our coral and peach styled shoot at Purcell Mansion!
