What so many couples in 2020 are working through during a global virus that is literally rocking our world around.

Nick and Lexi’s wedding day originally looked much different than this. They had plans on getting married at a Church in New Philly, followed by a reception with 200+ of their favorite people.

Then COVID hit in March. June Brides everywhere thought they’d be in the clear. Then April rolled in with more restrictions, and couples everywhere began to consider a different possibility for their wedding day.

These two always knew, that no matter what, they would be married on June 20th. A virus wasn’t going to stop them. Even if it meant they could only have 10 people in attendance.

Luckily for them, restrictions for weddings eased up in Ohio, and White Rose Barn in North Lawrence offered the perfect space for a plan B.

With the support of just over 70 guests, joyous vows were spoken shortly after 2:30 on Saturday, June 20th, between Nick and Lexi. After dating for nearly six years, these two are married!

This beautiful summer wedding at White Rose Barn was the perfect kick off to my 2020 wedding season! It may be 2.5 months later than originally planned, but I’m so grateful that these two didn’t let COVID stop them from celebrating!

Mr and Mrs. Miller – thank you for trusting in me to support you during this unique time. You two took the punches like champs and rolled through the ups and downs. Plan B was beautiful beyond words, and you proved you can throw together a wedding in less than a month! Congratulations!
