Petros Park Fall Engagement Photos
A simple note in a high school year book that said “Well, I’ll at least see you when we’re older since we are getting married and everything” may have been written by Shane as a slight joke and a lot of wishful thinking. I’m not sure if Jess or Shane either thought that a couple years after that yearbook comment they would actually be where they are today. Just months from their real wedding, no wishful thinking this time.
Last Thursday the three of us met at Petros Park for their fall engagement photos. I remember Jess telling me she wanted somewhere that looked like fall. That had a lot of trees and big fields. It seems like I’ve been all over Northeast Ohio this month for engagement sessions, but somehow, one of my lucky brides almost missed out on this little slice of heaven.
Thursday was the chilliest day of the week, making their Petros Park fall engagement photos truly feel like fall. For the first time in a long time, we had the park to ourselves for photos. It was quiet, and for that, I’ll thank the extra chill in the air. We were the only ones brave enough to venture out!
Wait until you see these two! I know they were a little nervous but with guidance these two were naturals! Jessica had her soon-to-be Mother-in-law doll her up for our session. Shane’s momma owns her own salon so not only did Jess get to feel great, but she also is going to see how amazing her makeup is going to photograph for the wedding day!! The part I’m most excited about is Jess and Shane having photos to hang in their brand new home they get to move into at the beginning of November!!
