Downtown North Canton Winter Engagement Photos
There are so many things I love about Kristina and Bo. Their love for other people, their love for English bulldogs, but I think what I love most about these two could be their engagement story.
Kristina and Bo were in Clearwater Florida visiting her Brother two years ago. Like a typical woman, Kristina was stubborn when it came to Bo’s plan (I think Kristina and I were cut from the same cloth!!). He had made dinner reservations but wanted to pop the question before dinner. Bo told his soon-to-be fiance that dinner was pushed back and they should enjoy a walk on the beach. Ladies, I’m sure you understand Kristina’s unwillingness to take off her heels and have sandy toes. Those tiny particles of nature can put a real damper on the fashion statement! It took some encouraging on Bo’s part (and maybe a promise to wash off the sand!), but Kristina was out on the beach, minutes away from answering the most important question of her life with Bo. I hope he understands what this means for the longevity of their marriage! Kristina will take some convincing to follow along with some of Bo’s plans, but with the right act of service being dished out, he’ll be able to talk his Bride into nearly anything!
When I met with these two in December at their consult, we hit it off right away! I loved that they revamped their wedding plans, threw out what they thought was going to be their story, and started fresh (they’re getting married in just under two months!). They recognize that the wedding is just day one of a marriage, that they didn’t need $40 dinner plates to celebrate what they already know – they’re ready to spend the rest of their lives together.
During that consult, I had asked what Kristina and Bo envisioned for their engagement session, and “snow” was brought up. If you remember the last couple of winters in Northeast Ohio, you’ll remember that snow was limited. Luckily for these two, it snowed THE NIGHT BEFORE our session. We had a winter wonderland for their engagement photos in Downtown North Canton, and I couldn’t be more pleased with that!
Soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. Beegle, I’ll see you in less than two months!! Enjoy these last couple of weeks before you’re officially married!!
