Stow Heritage Barn Fall Wedding
Katy began her wedding day in the very house that she grew up. In the backyard, there was a tiny playhouse. One of those playhouses that children under four feet fit through the front door. Katy and her oldest friend Kelsey use to spend countless hours playing dressup and talking about their future wedding. Fast forward two decades later, and just a few feet from that playhouse that holds so many innocent conversations with two little girls, Katy stepped into her wedding gown. She left her parent’s house as a Miss and returned later a Mrs. Before leaving her parent’s house, we paused for a moment to take a photo with Katy’s childhood dog. This sweet pup clearly shows it’s age in their face, but has the sweetest face of them all.
The weather on Saturday was a perfect dose of fall for the first fall wedding of the year. With a slight chill in the air all day long, Joe and Katy shared a first look at their venue – Stow Heritage Barn. We then walked around the grounds of the park taking beautiful photos for them, and then with their brial party and family.
Out on the back patio, with the pond in the distance, Katy and Joe shared their vows in front of their closest friends and family. The sun lit the tears on everyone cheaks as Katy and Joe promised forever to another. They would dance out under the stars, share ice-cream pops from Handles, and gather in a wonderful fellowship to celebrate this brand new marriage! I loved everything about Katy and Joe’s day, and I’m so beyond thankful and honored that I was there to celebrate with them! What a wonderful fall day it was at Stow Heritage Barn for a wedding!
