Let me tell you something beautiful you reading this post right now. If you’re planning a wedding, a Dj will make or break your reception. I know Pinterest tells you it’s possible to set up your iPod with a playlist so you can skip the investment of hired entertainment at your wedding. What those posts don’t tell you is that it 99% always ends up a trainwreck. I know. Because I’ve attended those weddings.
When you hire a Dj, you’re hiring someone who reads the energy of your guests on the dance floor, knows when they need a slow song, or when it’s time to amp the energy back up. Dj’s are masters at knowing which song to play even to get the grandma’s out there shaking their tail feather.
